The project consists of 4 blocks rising on 2 bases, totaling ground + 14 floors. There are a total of 20 shops, 134 units of 1+1, 89 units of 2+1, 16 units of 3+1, 8 units of 4+1, and 4 units of 5+2 apartments, making a total of 271 independent units.
The project includes a 3-story underground parking area, with a total allocation of 339 parking spaces. Within this area, there are 1 parking space allocated for each 1+1 apartment, 2 parking spaces for each 2+1 apartment, and 3 parking spaces for each 3+1 and duplex apartment. Additionally, there are 21 electric charging stations and 7 high-speed electric vehicle charging stations.
In the project, solar panels will be installed on the roofs, along with a greywater recycling system and water-saving landscaping with drought-resistant plants to promote water conservation
