Bank Receipt
  • Money must be transferred from the “Buyer’s” own account to the “Seller’s” bank account, and the bank receipts must be submitted.
Property Documents
  • Title deed or a notarized sales and purchase document to buy a property.
Six Photographs
  • 50*60-size biometric photos of each family member.
Birth Certificate
  • The birth certificate of all family members. The applicant’s country’s foreign ministry must authorize the original birth certificate. The original document then must be translated into Turkish. The Turkish consulate then notarized and stamped the documents. If your country is Apostille Country you need just to apostille your documents. 
Criminal Record
  • Investors should provide a Apostilled criminal record document from their home country (Husband and wife)   
Marriage Certificate
  • The original marriage certificate must be presented.
    The applicant’s country’s foreign ministry must approve the original marriage certificate. The original document then needs to be translated into Turkish. The Turkish consulate then notarized and stamped the documents. If your country is Apostille Country you need just to apostille your documents. 

    1.Providing a divorce certificate is required if the applicant is divorced:
    The divorce certificate must be presented in its original form. The applicant’s country’s foreign ministry must approve the original marriage certificate. The original document then must be translated into Turkish. The Turkish consulate then notarized and stamped the documents. If your country is Apostille Country you need just to apostille your documents. 

    2. Any documentation proving the applicant’s singleness, if the applicant is single:
    The original certificate of single status must be provided. The applicant’s nation’s foreign ministry must approve the original single status certificate. The original document then must be translated into Turkish. The Turkish consulate then notarized and stamped the documents. Residency ID Photocopy
  • If the applicant is a resident of Turkey, a photocopy of their residency identification is required.
